Which Is Really A Great Cleanse For Your Body?
I have been looking everywhere for a cleanse that will get rid of an inection that seems to be a super bacteria. This means it adapts to the antibiotics and even natural remedies. I finally believe I found the true way to eradicate this beast. It involves a candida cleanse. One method was to just eat all fruits and vegetables for 2 months, no sugars, no salt, no smoking, no alcohol, no fried foods. Another was to eat only raw/cooked vegetables for the first week, and then reintroduce lean meat proteins (chicken, salmon, beef - all organically fed) , but no fruits as it feeds the candida and also no starchy vegetables (potatoes, beets, pumpkin, sweet potatoes, beans, lentils) because it just turns into sugar. I had done the first method which proved to be a failure but the second one, which is very challenging, I am getting through just fine. The first few days were tough as you go through withdrawal for sweets and breads but I managed pretty well. My skin is now pretty clear and I am of course happier but I do crave for one of those gourmet pizza or veggie cakes (carrot, zucchini, or pumpkin).. Oh my that is tough and then no cereals either for this granola hugger. Yes, I love me some granola and trees too. I have had to do just green beans and organic eggs for breakfast along with water and a lemon (the only allowed fruit) .
