Yukon Bay opens in Hanover
Two polar bears canoodle at the new Yukon Bay exhibit at the Hanover Zoo in Hanover, Germany, on May 22. This new zoo exhibits measures 22,000 square meters and attracted many visitors prior to its opening. In addition to polar bears, the Yukon Bay exhibit houses caribou, seals, eagle owls, prairie dogs, pelicans, California sea lions, grey seals, sea bears and African and Rockhopper penguins.
