By all accounts, bed bugs are terrible house guests: they bite, they smell bad, and they won’t leave. And increased international travel and a resistance to current pesticides have contributed to their nationwide resurgence.

Great info-graphic, however you forgot to mention all of the different ways to treat and control these pests, particularly since using toxic pesticides have proven both ineffective and harmful to human health and the environment. My organization, Beyond Pesticides has put together a fact sheet on some of the different methods that can be employed (for instance steam and heat!). While an infestation is horrible, it's not the end of the world! For details on nontoxic treatment, please see .... More

I'm glad my city of Houston is not the list. Who would have thought Ohio was the most infested? And, the list of natural predators seems just as bad or worse than the bedbugs.
Great explainer graphic and illustration. Bed bugs completely freak me out. Just the idea of them is really unnerving. I just saw a photo of Will Ferrel dressed up as a bed bug. Pretty funny costume for Halloween.
