We currently know, if all birds were to fall extinct, man would quickly fall extinct. We know, birds are in the global and ecological economies of pest control, seed dispersal, pollination, and some birds are in the eco-nomy of controlling and checking human disease pathogens that cause global, human disease pandemics. Man is not an island apart; his destiny is as sealed to the fate of birds and all life as is Earth's to the sun. In wildness is the salvation!
