Actually, Dogs and cats and other common animals CANT think like humas, they can learn how to communicate in a WAY but pigs are one of the rare animals that can. They think exactly like us, if you think of me as a stupid and wrong person, they would think exactly like you would about me, EXACTLY. And they would think like us about other things too.
i am a post graduate in studying biolingusitic, so i just want to find out whether something of human's behavior have some ancestor in animals. for instance, do animals sound has syntax, or phonology, or can they make sound with consonants?
Of course they can! And when we discover how to communicate directly with them, we can give them all i-phones and facebook (sorry, face-bark) accounts. Think of the added hours of mindless chatter that we'll have with a gazillion animals interacting with us.
