The rescued chimpanzees at the Cleveland Armory Black Beauty Ranch love to grab a paintbrush and express themselves, so sanctuary staff wondered if some of their other animals might like to paint.

They distributed canvases and paint to a variety of critters at America’s largest animal sanctuary and filmed their artistic endeavors.

Some of the animals you’ll meet in the video include Saudi, a camel rescued from Texas; Claire, a blind Clydesdale mare who narrowly escaped slaughter; and Anastasia, Natalia and Gustavo, three tigers who were seized from a Mississippi roadside zoo.
