Why would a company blend 50-50 diesel/black liquor if the credit is only $0.50/gallon. Your equation results in $0.50 credit for an additional outlay of $2.31/gallon!!! Check your facts --- the mixture credit calls for 0.005% of diesel per gallon of black liquor.
