The Best Animated Film Oscar of 2006 went to this cartoon about an adorable penguin whose inability to sing sets him apart. (Luckily, the little guy can tap dance up a storm.) A pivotal plot point involves the over-fishing of the penguins’ feeding grounds, endangering the habitat and the species.
