Boehner thinks cow farts are funny
Republican House Minority Leader John Beohner admits that his party doesn't have a plan to lower greenhouse gas emissions, because cows fart. Or something.

The takeaway quote by Boehner:
"the idea that carbon dioxide is a carcinogen that is harmful to our environment is almost comical. Every time we exhale, we exhale carbon dioxide. Every cow in the world, you know... when they do what they do, you get more carbon dioxide."
He's right, the idea that CO2 is a carcinogen is comical. Who said CO2 is a carcinogen!?
CO2 is a greenhouse gas. It causes the world to get warmer by trapping heat from the earth. Until the GOP is ready embrace reality (CO2 CAUSES CLIMATE CHANGE), they're doomed to wander the dessert of powerlessness.
The Republican Party has no plan to fight global warming.
