SIGG faces class-action lawsuit over BPA
After admitting that their older bottle liners contain BPA, SIGG is being accused of shady marketing practices.

Photo: Citymama/Flickr Triple Pundit has the news that SIGG is facing a class-action suit over their failure to disclose the presence of BPA in plastic liners used in their aluminum water bottles.
Gaiam got a PR smackdown last week when they too admitted that their bottles contain BPA.
Let this be a lesson to all companies, especially ones selling greener stuff — don't lie to us greenies. That makes us mad and lawyer up.
