Weekend funny: Laughing with (at?) Toyota

Photo: Beige Alert/Flickr Ha! The hilarious folks over at Funny or Die have put together a pretty durned funny video of a Toyota spokesperson spinning the positives of their massive car recall.

My buddy Jeffrey over at the Fun Times Guide to Living Green pulled this video out to share the news that there will be no Toyota Prius recall despite an article in the Wall Street Journal saying there will be. Toyota told Ken Zino of the Detroit Bureau that there is no new recall being planned for the hybrid car, though the car had been included in a recall issued at the end of last year.

Some time before, I really needed to buy a car for my organization but I did not earn enough money and could not purchase anything. Thank heaven my mate adviced to take the credit loans at trustworthy bank. Thus, I acted that and used to be happy with my financial loan.

Toyota and others knew they were having issues and attempted to hide it. All Car Companies should have came forward with a full disclosures of what car were dangerous. Instead of waiting for a huge media blitz and tons of public pressure. I never seen so many car companies GM - NISSAN - TOYOTA - HYUNDAI having recalls all at the same time. I had no idea my car was affected until I looked on .... More
