Bahamas bans commercial shark fishing
Commercial fishing boats are now barred from fishing for sharks in a large zone in the Bahamas.

Kudos to the Bahamas for banning commercial shark fishing in 243,244 square miles of ocean. They join Palau, the Maldives, and Honduras in protecting sharks from the hooks and nets of commercial fishing boats.
