An irresistible trail

Nature, trees and greenery have all been proven to help us humans heal, both psychologically and physiologically. In fact, the Japanese have a term for using nature to improve health: shinrin-yoku, or "forest bathing." There are even official Forest Therapy trails, designated by Japan’s Forestry Agency specifically for shinrin-yoku. Imagine how easy conservation of spaces such as this little forest path would be if doctors handed out more prescriptions for forest-bathing to relieve issues of stress and anxiety among other things. After all, who wouldn't feel better after a stroll down a trail such as this!
