My friend Jaymi Heimbuch, uber green blogger and superstar photographer, wrote a piece on the photog blog ShutterSalt about photographer Ken Murphy and his time-lapse 360-degree panorama videos. I am a fan of both time-lapse and 360 panos and love this mashup of the two. I recommend watching it on at least 720p.

Any details on how he did this? What type of camera, equipment or software?
I use a Canon S95 with CHDK and an Ikea egg timer to get a cheap similar effect.
