Yosemite National Park

Yosemite National Park, nestled near the western slopes of the Sierra Nevada, covers more than 760,000 acres of protected land. The same landscapes that inspired John Muir and photographer Ansel Adams will likely have the same effect on you. It's most famous for its waterfalls in Yosemite Valley, but the park has much more to offer to repeat visitors, from sub-alpine meadows to jaw-dropping peaks.
