Deteriorating oil and gas wells threaten drinking water, homes

Two vents allow natural gas to escape from the property bought by James Fleckenstein, the mayor of Versailles, Pa. Fleckenstein says the vents, which can be found throughout the town, are just a part of life in Versailles.
