Group says Chesapeake Bay cleanup plan will boost jobs
Mandatory pollution limits will create rather than kill jobs in the Chesapeake Bay region, according to a new study by an environmental group.

CLEANUP: A federal cleanup plan requires the six bay states to cut pollution flowing into the bay by 25 percent by 2025. The Chesapeake Bay Foundation said national agricultural and homebuilder lobbyists branded the pollution limits issued by the EPA in 2010 as "job killers."
