Carbon Neutral News

Carbon Neutral

To obtain carbon neutrality is to offset, by the same amount, the carbon emissions you produce.

Different entities strive for this, including individuals and, especially, businesses. Because larger entities like businesses and corporations generally produce more carbon emissions, leaders often endeavor to offset their impact(s) in order to maintain a green image and commitment. After the company has determined its carbon footprint, it can achieve carbon neutrality by creating/implementing more energy-efficient offices and practices (i.e. reducing emissions) and purchasing carbon credits.
