Prefab News

Prefab

Prefab (or prefabricated) homes are factory-built structures that are generally modernist in style, customizable and boast an array of (often optional) design elements meant to reduce a homeowner’s environmental impact.

The manufacture of prefab dwellings is eco-friendly in comparison to traditional home building in that construction waste is minimized and the homes are precision-built to include energy-efficient and sustainable features that would otherwise be difficult to incorporate when building on-site.

Additionally, modern prefab homes offer great versatility and mobility than traditional homes.
