Audubon Summer Day Camps: NationwideThe Audubon Society hosts day camps through state chapters across the country and overnight camps in Minnesota, Washington and Wisconsin. The programs, led by environmental educators, help kids discover nature and teach them about conservation. At the Gilsland Farm Audubon Day Camp in Maine, for example, campers explore plants and animals at the site’s wetlands. At the Audubon Society of Rhode Island camp, kids can explore three wildlife refuges including fields, streams, salt marshes and woodland trails.
