A number of parodies to Lady Gaga's Bad Romance video have been released over the years, but I have to say that this one is my new favorite.  Bad Romance: Women's Suffrage is a parody music video paying homage to Alice Paul and the generations of brave women who joined together in the fight to pass the 19th Amendment, giving women the right to vote in 1920.

 

What I love about this is that the video and song lyrics for Bad Romance: Women's Suffrage are cool and catchy and are not at all what you would expect for a music video about women's history.  It does such an awesome job of turning dry history into something alive and real and relevant.
