There aren't many tunes that I sing along with my my friend's teen and tween kids. But that might change with Send It On, an eco-anthem by Friends of Change (aka Miley, the Jonas Brothers, Selena Gomez and Demi Lovato.) The catchy teen tune is zipping up the iTunes’ chart since its release just a few days ago — and the tune is even making waves as the latest and greatest ringtone. Teen and tween fans of the Disney stars may go gaga to hear their favorite celebs, but I like the song for its message. Sure, it's corny, but it's also catchy, and if my kids are going to be singing something over and over again, I won't be quite so irritated if this is what they're singing about:

If we take the chances
To change circumstances
Imagine all that we could do..

With one little action,
the chain reaction,
will never stop.
Make it strong.
Shine a light and send it on.
Shine a light and send it on.
