San Diego, CA Earth Day 10K April 23, 7am.  Get your green on with this 6.2 mile race for the planet through Carlsbad, CA.

 

Boulder, CO Earth Day 5K May 1, 10am. Jump start your spring training on this flat, fast course that you might help you qualify for the Bolder Boulder event in May.  All proceeds benefit the Center for ReSource Conservation (CRC), a Boulder-area non-profit working toward a more sustainable future.

 

Watertown, CT Earth Day 5-K Road Race April 23 8am.  Kids .25 mi run starts at 7:45am. 

 

Chicago, IL Earth Day 5K Chicago. April 23, 8am.  Kick off Chicago's Green Living Expo with this 5K run/walk event.

 

Annapolis, MD Anne Arundel Sierra Club's Earth Day 5K Race and Walk. April 23, 8:30am.  Whether your in the mood for a running race or a stroll with your puppy, this event has what you're looking for.  Free admission to Quiet Waters Park is included in the registration fee for this event.  

 

Londonderry, NH Stonyfield Earth Day 5K April 23, 10am Go for a run along the Stonyfield HQ and follow up the event with Earth Day fun and activities.

 

Tigard, OR Earth Day Run and Kids' Recycle Race April 23 8:30am Run 5K, run 10K, or get your kids out for the 1K recycle race.

 

Apollo, PA Roaring Run Earth Day Dash April 23 9am. It's a 15K run, a 5K race, and a noncompetetive walk along Pennsylvania's scenic Kiski river.  

 

Luray, VA: Luray Earth Day 5K/1K on the Greenway.  April 23 9am. This Earth Day 5K winds through downtown Luray on the town's scenic Greenway along Hawksbill Creek.  A kids' 1K race at 10:30am is open to all kids' 8 and under.  The events are all part of the town's Earth Day fesitval which includes kids' yoga, music, food, and a program from the Wildlife Center of Virginia.
