How to make a lemon battery
When life gives you lemons, don't just make lemonade ... make electricity.
The next time you and your kids are bored on a rainy afternoon, why not crack open the produce drawer and teach your kids a lesson in electricity? You don't have to be an expert on wires and circuits to make it happen either. In fact, I think this video does a great job of explaining the ins and outs for you. I've seen an even simpler version of this project that uses a penny in place of the copper wire, but I really like this video for its simple explanations and easy-to-follow instructions. So go raid the fridge and get those juices flowing!
