Is your school America's greenest?
Enter for your chance to win a hybrid bus, a green audit and scholarship money for going green.

It's that time of year again. It's time for the annual America's Greenest School contest to hand out cash and prizes to students, teachers, and schools that are making an effort to go green. The contest (sponsored by school bus manufacturer IC Bus,) is accepting entries for America's greenest school from now until March 8. Students nationwide can submit a drawing, collage, video, song, model, diorama or essay illustrating how they would make their school a greener place.
Here is a list of prizes you and your school could win:
For your school:
- Hybrid bus
- School audit by LEED accredited professionals and green makeover (valued at $20,000) for your school
- Free concert by the green band, The Maine
For you:
- $3,000 scholarship for the winning student and/or classroom
For your teacher:
- $500 in class supplies for the winning sponsor/teacher
