Chinami Mori is a young artist who weaves beautiful and vibrant clothing out of fabric and yarn. Her designs are out-of-this-world, but it's her grandma, Emiko, whom Chinami has to thank for rocketing her designs to stardom.

Emiko, 93, often models for her granddaughter's hugely popular Instagram page, 1000wave. And while Chinami's designs are beautiful, it's grandma who delivers with photos that have captured some serious Internet love.

See what I mean? Emiko isn't your average grandma. She's gorgeous and full of life in a way that pairs perfectly with her granddaughter's designs.

Chimani creates her designs using a special Japanese weaving technique called saori. According to the website Loop of the Loom, saori is a modern hand-weaving technique that promotes freedom of expression regardless of ability, gender or age.

With this much vivacity, it's no wonder the Internet can't get enough of Emiko. And her granddaughter is more than happy to let her grandmother steal the show.

“She’s my favorite person in the whole world,” Chinami posted on Instagram. “I make grandma happy, and that’s just so much fun for me, too.”
