They exploit innocent people's lack of knowledge regarding environmental issues to achieve personal gains. With names like Sly Sludge, Verminous Skumm, Looten Plunder, Dr. Blight, Duke Nukem and Hoggish Greedly, there is little doubt these characters are up to no good.
