The New Orleans Jazz & Heritage Festival is a major April event. MNN had a blast there, and is already packing for next year.

 

Attendees can either plant themselves down in front of one of the 12 music stages for the day or walk around to catch a variety of acts performing jazz, gospel, blues, rock and more. The grounds also feature Louisiana crafts, heritage information and traditional cuisine.
