If the usually joyful event of holiday gift-giving sometimes causes you anxiety and frustration, you're not alone. The exchange of presents uses such a large amount of unnecessary paper; environmentalist or not, you can see how easy it is to fill up a trash bag with waste!
 
This do-it-yourself project takes the three R's (reduce, reuse and recycle) to the max. Using paper shopping bags you've collected from January through November, you can create personalized, waste-minimizing gift wrap.
