My boss lets me have my rescued dog, Brooklyn, in the office with me. Sometimes I have to put up a doggie gate if we are having alot of meetings, but for the most part, he encourages her to hang out with everyone in the conference room. I do agree that I get to step away more - pet her, hug her, walk her, feed her - which is nice because usually I would work straight through lunch. She makes me laugh alot and our clients get a kick out of her. I am very grateful I get to do this and bravo for major
