Hartz Mountain Corporation allows you to bring dogs, cats, gerbils/hamsters, fish, etc...as long as the animals do not run around the offices disturbing others, its all good! Great place to work

Petco's corporate offices in San Diego, CA and San Antonio, TX both allow their employees to bring their pets to work with them (even to meeings!).

Kudos to these companys and organizations for allowing employees to bring their pets to work. There is no doubt in my mind that animals bring out the best in people... it would surely improve my work environment!

I've recently been hired with a mental health company that allows me to bring my dog. It has been so wonderful, and not just for me. Residents of the facility are so much more likely to open up to my dog and moods improve greatly. Dogs are magic and anyone who thinks that's a crazy statement just needs to see how people struggling with mental illness are changed by a dogs attention. It's a beautiful thing!

HOW GREAT IS THAT, TO BE ABLE TO BRING YOUR PET TO WORK? OLDER PEOPLE SHOULD ALSO BE ALLOWED PETS WHEN THEY MOVE INTO SMALLER APARTMENTS, MOST OF WHICH POST "NO PET" SIGNS! SHAME ON THEM!

If the owners performed better stewardship over the animal waste, they would be welcome in more places. Ever wonder where all the flies come from the second that you start grilling outside? It is from the tons of dog and cat waste on lawns across America.

I think this is so wonderful...I know how I feel about my animals...and, I would have appreciated (more than my employer would have known) having the option of bringing my treasured pet with me to work. Cheers to the companies that do!!

I always had my two dogs with me at work. It was my own remodeling business and the clients knew it was part of the contract or they had to use someone else. I never lost a job because of it and they always fell in love with my babies. Some even adopted based on how good they were. I felt safe and the hardest thing would have been to leave them behind everyday. We dog people are who we are and that's never going to change.
