I remember when my daughter brought hom a small kitten who had been abandoned and ask if we could keep it. we ad several cats at the time, but there's always room for another. Our three nine year old tomcats (litter mates) also thought so; they adopted the kitten, played with her, and the one long haired one even let he "nurse" him. So sweet..I adopted 2street cats and they adopted my bulldog and sheepdog..they walk them every night..it is quite a sight..
& the question still remains " why can't we all just get along". Beautiful tiger cub. Would love to know if this relationship continues as the tiger gets older.

My 1 year old doxie decided to take care of our kitten. Our kitten was the runt of the litter we got her from and we were supposed to feed her from a eye dropper, we would put her and our doxie together to keep the kitten nice and warm. We soon discovered that our little doxie was producing milk for our kitten and treating it like her own! Amazing that such a close bond can form like that!
I had a dog years ago who produced milk for a kitten. She had been spayed and had never had a litter, so we were surprised, to say the least. Mother Nature provides.

Four-legged animals are naturally nicer than most 2-legged animals.
I so agree... except of course our beautiful beaked, wonderful winged, 2 legged friends also known as BIRDS! In my life experience, I have found that most animals are infinitely kinder and more enlightened than most people!
