At ages 20 and 24 respectively, Caitria and Morgan O’Neill were not experts in disaster recovery before a freak tornado hit their hometown last year. But they are now. The two sisters learned quickly what to do and how to help their friends, family and community in the face of an emergency.
 
And now they are sharing their tips with others — like those in the path of Hurricane Isaac this week — who need advice.
