Also, I remember hearing that Nancy Reagan attended an egg roll during the term of Calvin Coolidge. (she was a child whose family was invited)
I know its just symbolic....

You used to have to wait in line early the morning they were released to pick them up in person. The Obama's just implemented the online lottery system so people outside the area would have a chance at tickets.
I like the "green" egg, but I don't know if you can really call the actual event green. We went last year and they mentioned using thousands of dyed eggs, which are just tossed of course afterwards. I didn't.... More
