The basic idea behind the 'special edition' is to make minor trim differences and call it a new model. If nostalgia can also be evoked, so much the better.

There are 4,000 EVs in the state, including plug-in rentals and a statewide network of fast chargers. Why not create a range- and anxiety-free vacation around that?
