Had too much to drink? There's an app for that

Photo: Tomas Fano/Flickr Miller Lite wants you to drink responsibly. So much so that they have developed a free iPhone app, TaxiFinder, that uses your phone’s GPS coordinates to locate where you are and locates the closest taxi company on the 1-800-TAXICAB® taxi hotline.
Once the nearest taxi company is located, you can click on the number and be connected. Of course, you don’t need to have had one too many drinks to use the app. It works even if you’re sober. It can be a useful tool when you’re in an unfamiliar city and need a taxi or a limo, for any reason.
Another feature on the app is the “hail a cab” button. When you touch it, a gold light (actually a picture of a glass of Miller Lite) flashes on and off, enabling you to perhaps catch the eye of a taxi driver more easily.
