Ted Allen from The Food Network shows us the proper way chill a bottle of Champagne, uncork it, and serve the bubbly to your guests. He also demonstrates sabering, or slicing off the top with a sword. I wouldn't suggest the second method if you've already been imbibing throughout the evening, but it sure would be a fun way to start the New Year.
