And that’s just the beginning for Brooklyn Bowl’s green efforts, which combine the world’s first LEED-certified bowling alley and a sustainable bar into an ultra-hip green venue located in the Williamsburg area. The entire facility is decked out with FSC-certified wood, LED stage lights that slash typical energy usage 90 percent and a stage floor made entirely from recycled truck tires, all entirely powered by wind. Plus, the Bowl’s 10 beers on tap are all brewed right in Brooklyn.
