Slice cherry bomb pepper into small sections. Cut serrano pepper and jalapeno pepper lengthwise, making a deep incision. Place in a large sealable glass jar. Add vodka and gently shake. Place in a cool dark place for 48 hours. Taste and let steep for up to 1 week for optimal flavor. Shake on occasion.
Using a metal sieve, strain contents into a 1-quart jar. Store up to six months in cool dark place or freezer indefinitely. Pepper vodka makes an excellent addition to Bloody Mary cocktails.
