Smoothies are a great way to replace a meal. They can be used to lose weight and keep your metabolism up and active, with the yogurt and soy milk along with your favorite fruits and or vegetables. Smoothies are a delicious addition to your diet and gives you great energy for today.

I love smoothies, but prefer less ingredients. I don't want milk or yogurt in my smoothie. I want mostly fruit, a little juice and crushed ice. There's nothing better than a fresh fruit smoothie without all the extra junk in it.
