- 1 cube sugar
- 2-3 dashes Angostura bitters
- 4-5 ounces low- to mid-priced champagne
- 1 lemon peel, optional garnish
- Add sugar cube to the bottom of a fluted glass. Add bitters. Pour champagne and lemon peel.
