Kiwi Mint Nojito
- 2 cups frozen pineapple pieces
- 12.5 oz. can light coconut milk
- 2 kiwi fruits, quartered and sliced
- 1/2 tray ice cubes
Combine pineapple, coconut milk with one kiwi in blender, process until smooth.
Add ice cubes if desired to thin liquid.
Pour contents into tall glass, garnish with remaining kiwi.
