Last December in a Time magazine article, Dr. Oz claimed there was little difference between frozen spinach and that bought fresh at a farmers market, recommended canned foods, and told people to skip the "specialty" grassfed meat and just get the typical feedlot meat (which is especially interesting advice considering he is vegetarian). He also said that organic food was elitist.
Well, many people were not happy with his advice, and felt that he misreprented a lot of truths about nutrition in his article. This group included Coral, a little girl who rebuts his points, and asks for a response in the following video. I was amazed at how well she presented her facts and points, and I couldn't agree more with her!
