'Food Patriots': Starting a conversation about food

A film about one family's first steps in their own food revolution aims to inspire others to become food patriots.

I saw this trailer today for a fundraising campaign for the film “Food Patriots.” It's worth sharing with you. The film follows Jeff Spitz and Jennifer Amdur Spitz in the first steps of their family’s food revolution, and their journey to encourage others to make their own changes. The Spitz's are raising funds for post production of the film so they can finish it and screen it all over the country to spark conversation.

I like that they want to start a conversation about food “that inspires everyone to make a 10 percent change in the way they buy, eat and talk about food.” Ten percent is a very achievable goal for most families. Anyone can get involved with Food Patriots by joining the campaign.
