MercuryCSC, a Montana advertising agency that specializes in helping brands connect with world travelers, is doing a holiday experiment. Taking Michael Pollan’s guideline to “Eat only foods that rot” to heart, they are taking the makings of a typical holiday meal and allowing it to sit out and rot.
They’ve named their experiment “Rotten Christmas.”
You can see the entire menu on their website, and view photos of the food that is sitting out every day.
