Have you ever wondered how good chocolate is made? This video from Spices of Life takes us through the process of turning organic cocoa beans into spicy, traditional Mexican stone ground chocolates. The process is different than making creamy, milk chocolates. I particularly like that Taza, the chocolate company featured in the video, pays more than fair trade price for its cocoa beans. 


I’ve tried Taza’s Cinnamon Chocolate Mexicano before, and I liked the flavor and the different texture that stone ground chocolate has. It made a good, grown-up hot chocolate, too.
