I've never cut up a pumpkin for cooking or baking before. I've carved pumpkins for jack-o-lanterns, but that's different. I plan on doing some pumpkin recipes this year, maybe even making a pumpkin pie from scratch for the first time. I figured I'd better learn the best way to cut a pumpkin for cooking or baking.
