Last night on “The Tonight Show” Jerry Seinfeld did a five-minute routine of new jokes, and they were all about food. Take a look.
I have confessed several times on this blog that Pop-Tarts are the one junk food that I miss the most since switching to a more natural and organic diet, so I find his jokes about the Pop-Tart pretty funny. There was a time in my life when I didn't see why all meals couldn't contain Pop-Tarts of the frosted strawberry variety. On the more serious side of funny, his observation that we don’t know what to do with food anymore is good, too. We’ve created a system in which so much of what we eat doesn’t even resemble food anymore that we really don’t know how to handle it.
