Part of the Let’s Move campaign is to eat healthy. It’s not easy to eat healthy unless you know how to cook. It’s difficult to maintain good health on a consistent diet of pre-packaged processed foods and take-out. To help get America cooking, the Let’s Cook video series has been launched.

 

The first video features Sam Kass with Chef Marvin Woods sharing a week-long plan that stretches pork, ground turkey, chicken and tofu though six nights of vegetable, bean and grain-heavy recipes.

 

The video shows the basics, and detailed recipes on the website give instructions for making dishes like Spiced Roast Porkloin, Sweet Potatoes, and Green Beans or Turkey (or Tofu) Chili and Pearl Barley with Mix Green Salad.
