New York Times columnist Mark Bittman recently published the book Food Matters, and MNN asked me to review it. It's an important book for anyone who is rethinking the way they eat from a health, weight loss or environmental perspective, and that's most of us, isn't it? In fact, yesterday I started eating the way the Bittman recommends. (Read the review to see his guidelines; read the book to get all the details.) I've committed to doing it for a full week.
